Installation was straightforward, and the engine mounted smoothly onto my boat without any complications. After several trips out on the water, I can say the engine performs steadily even in slightly rough conditions. I recently purchased the Outboard Engine and the overall experience has been excellent from start to finish. Noise levels are lower than I expected for this class of engine, which makes cruising much more comfortable.
